Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

FAQs

Do your funko pops come in protectors?

Yes! All of our 4 inch pops come in PopShield protectors. At this time, we do not offer protectors for our Pop Moments, 2 pack pops or pops 6 inches or larger.

When will I be charged for preorders?

You will be charged at the time you order the item.

If I buy in stock and preordered items, when will they ship?

If you purchase both in stock and preordered items, your in stock items will be shipped immediately, typically within three business days of your order. There is no additional shipping cost if your items are shipped separately.

How long how you been operating?

We've been operating Fig Pop since August 2020 out of Houston, TX. At this time, we are fully online, but sell at conventions throughout Texas. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to see where we will be next!

What is your cancellation policy?

Any PREORDER item can be cancelled before the item is in stock at no cost to the customer.
Any IN STOCK item must cancel within 24 hours of completing the order. Any cancellation of an in stock order after the 24 period  is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Contact us at figpop.info@gmail.com for any issues with your order.
Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business delays to appear in your account after processing.

What is your return policy?

We strive to create a wonderful buying experience at Fig Pop. That's why if you receive a defective or damaged item, you can contact us at figpop.info@gmail.com with details of the product and the issue. We will cover the shipping cost and provide a refund or replacement to you.
